Two audiences, one app
Homeowners shopping for a roof and homeowners already under contract need different things. The app opens to the shoppers: a roofing calculator, a roof designer powered by Owens Corning, a shingle chooser, recent projects, reviews and roofing guides, all without an account. A free estimate request goes to a licensed PITCH roofer, and the estimate is prepared by hand for that home.
Customers sign in to the same app and it becomes their project: a timeline from first appointment to paid in full, their estimate, contract and invoices, the photos their crew shares, and a direct line to their team.

How it is built
Two native apps that mirror each other screen for screen: SwiftUI on iPhone and Kotlin with Jetpack Compose on Android. Both talk to the PITCH Partner Portal API, so a customer sees the same project, documents and messages on the web, iPhone and Android. Team profiles are served from the company's WordPress site and synced on a schedule. PITCH staff get their own signed in screens in the same app.
